Its written in an easy to understand and read sort of a way - unlike some of the gobboldy gook scriptures of law.
It gives insight into why a "democratic liberal state" such as Ireland tolerates subversive ideologies which seek to see it destroyed, and explains what measures it will take in the event that its compromised.
Alot of Irish history in there too, and stuff about internment.
