www.ucatt.info/component/option,com_frontpage/Itemid,1/ I was reading the summer edition of the journal from this Union and there was an article which said that there was a court decision recently that made it possible for UNions in Britian to eject members of the BNP. Does anyone know more on this? The basis for it was that they had the right to eject people who's politics are fundamentaly against that of unionism.

I think it's fair enough to eject someone who is openly fascist and as they say the politics of the BNP are fundamentaly against that of unionism.
Imagine what sort of trouble they could create at strikes if the workers didn't stand together for instance. They could bring down a strike with their ignorance.
