I recieved this email today, thought some may be interested.Richard Fidler asked me to locate the First Declaration of Havana and, unable to quickly locate the document, I scanned it from the pamphlet version published in 1960, of which I own a copy. The original intro and notes are retained, including the notice about the July 26th Movement in the United States being registered as a foreign agent, which appears on the final page of that edition. This version is more readable than that you'll find at the LANIC archive where I did finally locate the text. It has an amazingly contemporary ring, even though this speech was given almost half a century ago. Take the time to put yourself through it.
