Anyone watch it?
its on BBC2 on wednesdays (i think).
Its a "cracker" of a show. I think the series is over but last episode featured an interview with Martin Mc Guinness which got a little tense as he was asked if he ever murdered anyone and was accused of lieing to the electorate about the water charges. One woman rang in and said he was like a "laughing Hitler" ;D
Anyone watch or like the show?

Seen it before. It's very pro-Government, anti-democracy. I'm sure they'd consider McGuinness left-wing like.

;D. I like the show cause it allows the audience to join in alot, along with phone ins. And the text messages dont appear to be censored much - if at all. Then again - being the BBC - its designed to give the illusion that its "free and open". Your right though, the show adds to the normalization process of the north and would be very pro government - isnt everything.

It's definately a worth while bit of watching...
Nolan puts it straight to them, no matter who he's roasting, very funny on occasions also...
Regarding interviews featuring Martin Mc Guinness, they do get a bit tiresome...The 'were you in the IRA etc' question is always asked and gets boring after the first few hundred times...

very funny on occasions also... Ah yeah I'd agree with that but people would want to watch it with the BBC agenda in mind. I think RedMillitant touched on that point.

Nolans good to listen to and he does ask the hard questions but I have heard him on his radio show in the mornings refering to republicans as scumbags and gangsters.

...but I have heard him on his radio show in the mornings refering to republicans as scumbags and gangsters. ...andyone who thinks such a thing should open up their minds and stop the generalising. Though he does work for the British Government and it would hurt their image to employ anyone who has an open mind.
