I taught id set up a thread where we can let others know what books we are currently reading or ones you would advise others to read.

Please dont just name the last five books you have read,try pick out the ones that were really good and hopefully people can go search out these books and learn more about our struggle!

Ive allways liked the idea of republican socialists sharing books around that they have read allready,its a great way of getting the best value for your money and also it gets you in contact with people of like-mindedness,but for now i think we can settle for a this thread! ;D

Whatever you think of the man and his political approach,this book is a must for any socialist,the way he uses speach to motivate you is brilliant.Im not finished it yet so my opinion might chage,ill keep you posted.

A great book on the anti-drugs movement that swept dublin from the early 80's to the late 90's,proof that ordinary people are willing to stand and be counted when circumstances get dire.
