This programme (not sure if it was the same one) was on again last night. The programme went through his time in the unions (INTO, ITGWU) through his books, through his time in the IRA, in prison, 1916, the Civil War. The man certainly went through quite a bit in his lifetime. A very inspiring figure. I've read a bit about him before but the programme was very interesting.
