I think the blame game is beginning now that the economy is on the down. Migrants are being blamed, public sector workers are being blamed, those working the 'black economy' are being blamed, immigrants, Roma etc etc. - everyone of course, except the capitalist scum. I may have posted this already, but anyway... "Tesco's, last month announced their half yearly profits, from January, to July 2006. They made a profit of 1.1 billion pounds, for half a year!. Thats 170,000 pounds in profit for every single worker who works for Tesco's"5:02 - www.youtube.com/watch?v=d92NrhaCTl4&feature=related Staggering. And thats in Britain where the consumer isnt ripped off as much as what they are here. 340,000 POUNDS per year made off each worker in Tesco's. They could pay their mortgage off in just one year and still have a tonne left!!!!!!. Dem bleeden Nigerians takin my hard erned tax mony

That's a disgrace. I'd say most of Tesco's workers are on the breadline, nor can even get a mortgage, nevermind pay it and they work their arses off for the company as well as put up with serious s*** from the management.
€300,000 wouldn't pay a mortage though bud. When you get a mortgage, because of the interest rate you end up paying roughly around the same amount of money in interest as the house is worth. So if you buy a house for 400,000, over the 35 year mortgage, you'll end up paying around €370,000 - €390,000 in interest plus the €400,000 you owe to the bank. So your real total isn't €400,000 it would be around the €790,000 mark for a house costing 400,000. Sad but true and few people know this until after they get a mortgage, by then it's too late.
If 4 million people knew this, a revolution might break out.
No greater injustice than the billionaires who leach of decent peoples.

I dont think you'd need a mortgage in the fist place getting 340k a year unless your aiming for a mansion.
But yeah, I forgot about mortgages costing that much. A scam.
