Just came across this which i thought was interesting.
On the wiki site for the Christian Solidarity Party

It says the founder was Gerard Casey - the guy who debated Dawkins on the late late about religion. Well anyway, on his UCD page he says he's interested in 'Libertarian Anarchism'. www.ucd.ie/philosophy/staff/casey_gerard.htm
So it seems there's many politically radical people in UCD high up, Kieran Allen another.
