The Peoples Army
Sit down my son , and hear what I’ve to say , About a bold and brave army , called the INLA , Their aim is for Ireland to unite and be free, A socialist republic ,for all - not just me.
They fly the plough all through the land , so the working man can make a stand . Stand and be counted is their cry , till the end or until we die.
Servants of the people each one and all , soldiers of Ireland have answered her call. Brave fighters the likes of Gino , Costello, Little as well, Daily ,Bunting and Power till the end and until they fell.
Martyrs they died brave and true , heroes and comrades to me and to you.. From every county they have come , freedom fighters each and everyone , we salute their courage , dedication and might , a cutting edge movement never out of sight.
A republican rainbow that lights the whole sky , like a risen phoenix ready to fly . So hold your head up and be proud to say you support the volunteers of the INLA .
The peoples army that’s what they say , socialist revolution and freedom one day. To each and all who live on this land , time to join the URPS and make a stand………

I think this is more of a poem than a song. I don't think Squig has any music for it (yet I could be wrong). I'm sure Squig is registered on this site. Perhaps you could PM him about it.
