This took place as part of an event in Belfast to remember the role of the International Brigades in defending the Spanish Republic from fascism, 1936-39. A memorial was unveiled in Writer's Square in Belfast by the International Brigade Commemoration Committee and International Brigade veterans Bob Doyle, Jack Edwards and Jack Jones were present for the occasion.
