I think its a mixture of 2 and three. That nut of an ex sports presenter from the BBC has whacky theories about how the Queen is really a shapeshifting lizzard from another planet, along with Bush and ther rest.
So if the Queen gets to march in Dublin in her bullet proof RPG-7 proof bubble then that makes her an illuminati and an orange cow.
