The sentencing of Michael McKevitt, Justice or Stitch up? Here is a report from the Supreme Court hearing, 12th Feb 2008 Michael McKevitt launched an appeal against his conviction of direction terrorism in the Supreme Court today claiming the informer, David Rupert, lacked credibility. McKevitt’s defense team backed this up strongly exposing the lifelong criminal career of David Rupert. Hugh Hartnett, McKevitt’s barrister said “He was the lynchpin of the case”. He highlight that Rupert was involved in drug dealing, fraud and smuggling contraband across the Canadian border. Hartnett went on to say “There was a coincidence of his being signed up by the FBI at the time he was being investigated for fraud. We were curious as to whether a deal had been done”. The court was given an FBI file which reported a conversation with a state trooper from Rupert’s hometown and contained a string of crimes the so called “credible witness” was linked to. Thanks for the post comrade.
If they succeed in criminalising Michael McKevitt, whilst the state get off scot-free for their crimes of murder in Ireland, Iraq, Afghanistan and their support for tyrannical regimes, they can criminalise any working person who they choose in making a criminal out of. Michael McKevitt went through a trial by media. There is no justice in Irelnd. How come the British Government have never been convicted for directing terrorism when the British Ombudsman/ Ombudsperson has come out with reports of the Governments involvement in colluding in the murders of many innocents. The Irish Government are their lap dogs and provides much support to the Britts and the US Gov.

A few facts very well stated there, but i think lapdogs is an understatement, morelike turn coat cowards, collaborators and treasonists thats who our government are, when it comes to our full independence, and total freedom, from these two tyrant countries.
