Bray Town Council Scumbags
Fire-fighting hero Brian Murray who lost his life in the Bray factory blaze was docked his final 40 euro pay check- because he didn't finish his shift.

His distraught Widow Mary is now battling with Wicklow County Council for worming out of paying Brian's last call-out fee.

An angry Mary told the SUNDAY WORLD "Brian couldn't finish the shift because he was burning to death and they had to check to tell me that technically he didn't finish the hour so therefore didn't earn the 40 euro."

Mum of 15 Mary added "i'm not fighting for the money, It's a matter of principle".

The penny pinching came to light when Brian's daughter Fiona (18) went to Bray Town hall expecting to collect the final cheque, but she was told "no there's nothing here" Said Mary" it was this attitude that got the men killed in the 1st place"


It's six weeks since 46 year old Brian died with his colleague Mark O' Shaughnessy(26) in the fatal fire.

I try and do what I can but I wouldn't want to take away from those directly affected.

I've been doing that alright along with many others. We've leafleted many estates around the area but we still only seem to get around 30 - 40 people at the pickets. The worst thing is that it's typical of Irish society. People see the problems and they moan about it but they're not willing to come out and protest which is why were still living under our FF rulers who are rolling in our hard earned cash. I think it's to do with the mainstream media telling them not to. They too brainwashed. We need to build a mass movement and motivate them in order to counter this.
