If the state arrests a pickpocket - is it because it fears them, or because its "doing what its supposed to do"?
both. if it didn't suppress opposition to it, no state would last a week. The IRSP have been targeted in this way for years. they target pickpockets not because they're thieves, but because of which gang they belong to ie, not the capitalists!
